What is your current turn around time?

For Made to Measure Business Signage, the current processing time is 2-4 weeks.

For some orders this can extend to 6 weeks but this will be communicated with you.

Acrylic cake toppers: 1-2 working weeks (custom orders up to 3 weeks)

UV print Calendars: 1 working week (custom orders up to 5 weeks)

Laser cut small items including cake toppers: 5days + depending on design

Wedding stationery: From 6 weeks plus. Time frame will be confirmed upon quotation, rush order will be required on wedding stationery required in <3 weeks.

Etsy products have their own turn around time which can be found on each listing.

Please Note:

Delivery Time is additional to processing time.

How long does delivery take?

We only ship to the UK.

Standard delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch. From £3.90

1-2 Express delivery: Only available on some products From £5.50

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: only available on some products. From £7.95

Can I upgrade to Next Day delivery?

In most circumstances, you can upgrade to next day delivery for an additional cost. However, this must be stated at the time of the order.

Rush orders include next day delivery in the rush order fee.

I need an item before the expected delivery date, is there anything I can do?

On some occasions, depending on the work load, orders may be with a quicker turn around time. Please email enquiries@theluxebrand.co.uk.

For orders placed on ETSY, please message via ETSY orders regarding your order.

How do I make an order?

Etsy Store has many products available to purchase. If there is an item you cannot see on ETSY, please send an e-mail. You can also use the enquiry form below.

What file types do I need for my logo signage?

.PDF, .ai, .svg, .eps.

I may accept the following in high quality formats only:

-.png

-.jpeg

Most logo's made on free apps are not of high quality and usually cannot be used for printing. Please enquire if you are unsure about the quality of you're logo.

My logo quality is too poor for printing, is there anything I can do?

Yes, depending on your logo, I can either

1. Recreate your exact logo providing you know the font names. (Text based logo's only basic icons and artwork may be achievable). This service incurs an additional charge of £25 and you will receive .PDF, .ai and .png high quality files for future prints.

2. Create something new using fonts/ art work similar to your original logo. You will not receive any logo files for yourself. This will incur an additional charge of £10.

You can also choose to have your logo recreated by a logo or branding designer. In which case you can come back to order once your new logo is complete.

I have not received my order, how do I chase this up?

Please email enquiries@theluxebrand.co.uk with your invoice order number, or Etsy order number.

My item was damaged in the post, can I get a replacement?

In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged in the post, please contact enquiries@theluxebrand.co.uk ASAP.

Could you also send images of the damage, as damage claims cannot be processed without this.

I would be more than happy to replace any items damaged during transit.
