REFUNDS
We do not allow refunds. This is due to the nature of the items being personalised and/or hand finished. Please make sure that you have carefully read product descriptions prior to making a purchase.
Although we do not offer refunds, we are always happy to address, and rectify any issues that you may have with your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
For damaged items upon delivery, please contact us. Our contact information can be found on our contact page.
Once we receive your enquiry, you will be asked to complete a damage claim form.
For a damage claim to be successful, photographic proof of damage must be sent. (Without this evidence, we are unable to replace your item).
If your damage claim is successful, you will receive a replacement item.
We will not accept any responsibility on possible damages once the customer has received the item. This is due to it being out of our control how the item was handled once delivered. We provide customer care instructions to ensure correct handling and care is taken.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items that show a clear fault it the manufacturing process, will have to be returned to us so that we can inspect the item before considering a refund. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us, and send us a photo of the faulty item, clearly explaining the fault. We will contact you on how to send the item back to us.
CANCELLED ORDERS
ETSY orders:
Etsy ordered may be cancelled within the first 24hours of being made. Please message via Etsy orders if you wish to cancel your order.
You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Orders placed via instagram or email can be cancelled up once being placed, as long as the final proof has not been confirmed.
A cancellation of a custom order where a 50% deposit had been paid, means that you will lose your 50% deposit, if you cancel at ANY time. If you have paid in full, and you wish to cancel BEFORE digital proof has been confirmed, you will receive a 50% refund for your order.
You will NOT be able to transfer any deposit lost to a new order/booking.
This is to cover the costs of materials already used to process your order.
STAND HIRE
No refunds available.
Postponing of date may be available subject to availability.
You can postpone your event date free of charge up to 3 weeks before your event.
<2 weeks until event - £15 charge for date change.
<1 week until event - 50% deposit will be charged and will NOT count towards your rearranged date.
We understand that things can happen at the very last minute, and that cancellations do happen. We hope to work our best with you to rearrange your booking date. Please let us know ASAP if you no longer require our services, or for the need of cancellation.
